Lead a team of copywriters, art directors, and production artists responsible for highly successful Nespresso USA addressable omni-channel CRM marketing campaigns (acquisition and retention) including email, display ads, paid social and web executions.
FESTIVE HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN
2015: Integrated holiday campaign for both acquisition and retention. Retention executions included a segmented mutli-touch email send, paid social marketing (Facebook and Instagram) and a direct mail piece. For acquisition efforts, paid social and animated display ads were created.
PROSPECT EMAIL STREAM
2016: Highly dynamic 5-touch prospect acquisition email stream, versioning based on user preference. Provided strategy and UX considerations. Employed technology to insert embedded video, social scrapes and geo-location based functionality.
CRM EMAIL
2012-2017: CRM retention email examples. Highly branded and executed to engage the consumer and drive results which greatly exceeded industry averages in open rates, click-through rates and conversions while maintaining a sophisticated and luxurious feel.
WEBSITES & LANDING PAGES
2012-2016: Various examples of landing pages and websites created for Nespresso to support their marketing campaigns, from limited edition coffee launches to an occasion based machine gifting website.





VERTUOLINE LAUNCH
2014: To support the major launch the new Nespresso coffee system Vertuoline, numerous creative executions were provided. From display banners, large scale web ads and a multi-touch email stream to promote awareness to personalized digital ads and emails for local launch events around the country to a social advertising collaboration with the Jimmy Kimmel show to celebrate the event with spokesperson Penelope Cruz.
